3. Cancellation, Refund, Exchange & Return Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order status shows “Processing” or “Shipped,” cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@biogreenheron.com or at 03-92858552 during business hours (Mon-Fri 10.30am – 6.30pm).
Order Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
– The product is out of stock or discontinued.
– The payment was not successfully received or verified.
– There is an error in product listing, price, or description.
Return, Exchange & Refund
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully:
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
– Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
– Products returned after the stated return period.
– Products not in their original packaging.
– Clearance or promotional items unless defective or wrongly delivered.
– Expired products.
Please store and handle our products as instructed on the label. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by mishandling or incorrect storage, and returns and exchanges due to this reason will not be accepted.
We do not provide cash refunds. Returned items may be exchanged for other products of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid before the new items are shipped. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the return policy, we reserve the right not to process your exchange requests. Exchange for returns will only be processed once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Customer bears all return and exchange shipping costs unless product was faulty or incorrect.
4. Shipping Policy
– Orders are processed within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated or informed.
– Estimated delivery time is dependent on third-party courier services and we are not liable for any courier delays, damaged parcels or lost parcels, but we will try our best to assist in resolving the matter.
– Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
– For orders that have opted for store pick-up, kindly contact us to arrange your pick up within 7 days from purchase date. The location for store pick-up is at 249 Jalan Perkasa 1, Taman Maluri, Cheras 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Kindly pick up during business hours between 10.30am – 6.30pm (Monday to Friday).
5. Payment Policy
We accept FPX Online Banking, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard), and E-wallets (GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go, etc.) (pending approval). All transactions are processed securely through third-party gateways.
