DIRECTIONS

• Children below 4 years old: Not recommended (Use LIQUID CHLOROPHYLL).
• For children 4-10 years old: 1 capsule every 12 hours without heavy meal.
• For teenagers: 2 capsules every 6 hourly without heavy meal.
• For adults: 2 capsules every 4 hourly without heavy meal.
